Mr. Zhou Yuxian has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy General Manager of China Non-metal Mining Industry (Group) Corporation, and China Material Industry Science and Technology Corporation. Mr. Yuxian also served as the Executive Director and the President of SINOMA Group Co., Ltd, and the Deputy General Manager of SINOMA Group Corporation. Earlier, he was the Vice Chairman of China Reform Holdings Corporation Ltd.

Mr. Wang Bing has been the Chief Compliance Officer, Vice President, Director and General Legal Counsel of the company since 2023. He also serves as the Vice Chairman of China Real Estate Association, and China Building Materials Federation.

Mr. Wei Rushan has been the President and a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served the Assistant to General Manager, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the Investment and Development Department of China National Building Materials Group Corporation. He also served as the Assistant to General Manager, General Manager of the Investment and Development Department and General Manager of the Strategic Development Department of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd

Mr. Deng Changqing serves as the Chief Accountant of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Finance Department of China Poly Group Corporation Limited, Chief Accountant of Poly International Holdings Limited, and the Chairman and General Manager of Poly Finance Co., Ltd. He also served as the Chairman of Poly Investment Holding Co., Ltd., and Deputy Chief Accountant of China Poly Group Corporation Limited.
