Mr. Liu Dongjin serves as the Chief Accountant of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Accountant and a Director of the China Communications Second Aviation Administration from 2016 to 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Accountant, a Director, and General Counsel of the China Communications Second Aviation Administration since 2016.

Mr. Hu Yonghong serves as the Chief Economist of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Director of the Performance Evaluation and Audit Department of China National Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. Mr. Yonghong served as the Supervisor and Director of the Performance Evaluation and Audit Department of China National Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd., and Chief Economist and Director of the Performance Evaluation and Audit Department of China National Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd.

Mr. Mo Dingge has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. from July 2021 to March 2024 and as General Manager of Zhenhai Base Project Management Department. From December 2019 to July 2021, he was General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. Earlier, he held multiple leadership roles including Director, General Manager of Sinopec Ningbo Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd.; Director of the Engineering Department; and Deputy Manager of Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd.

Mr. Lan Chunjie has been a Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as Deputy General Manager of China Energy Engineering Group Co., Ltd.. From December 2014 to July 2015, he served as the Vice President of China Energy Engineering Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Chunjie served as the Vice President of China Energy Engineering Group Co., Ltd., holding senior executive responsibilities in energy engineering and infrastructure development.

Mr. Chen Bi has been a Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) and concurrently served as General Manager and Party Secretary of CNOOC (China) Limited Tianjin Branch. From October 2005 to 2009, he held senior executive roles within CNOOC, overseeing offshore oil and gas operations and corporate management responsibilities.
