Mr. Han Jingyuan has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2003. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Mine Manager and Mine Manager of Han’erzhuang Iron Mine. He also serves as a Director and the controlling shareholder of Wellbeing Holdings Limited.

Mr. Han Li has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since 2016. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President of Jinxi Ltd. He joined the company in 2009 and served in various senior roles. Earlier, he served as the Vice Chairman of the 11th Committee of Hebei Youth Federation. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Jinxi Limited and Jiangsu Shentong Valve Company Ltd.

Mr. Zhu Jun has been a Director of the company since 2003. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Director and General Manager of Jinxi Iron Factory. He also worked at Wellbeing Holdings Ltd.

Mr. Li Mingdong has been the Executive Director and Deputy General Manager of the Company since 2025. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Qingdao Huijintong Power Equipment Company Limited. He served as a Vice President of Beijing Jianlong Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. from 2000 to 2016 and held the position of Chairman of the Board of Yangfan Group Co., Ltd. from 2012 to 2016. He also served as a Vice President of the China Association of the National Shipbuilding Industry from 2013 to 2016. Mr. Li has over 30 years of experience in China’s steel and shipbuilding industries.

Mr. Lam Pak Kan has been the Secretary and Financial Controller of the company since 2015. He has 25 years of expertise in auditing, financial management, strategic management, and corporate finance.
