Mr. Yan Jianguo has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. He also served as the Chief Executive officer of the company from 2017 to February 2020. Previously, he held various positions at China Overseas Property Group, which include Assistant General Manager of Guangzhou Branch, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Branch, General Manager of Suzhou Branch, General Manager of Shanghai Branch, Vice Managing Director, and President of Northern China Region. Prior to this, he served as the Director of the General Office, Chief Information Officer, and Assistant General Manager at China State Construction Engineering Corporation. He was also the Senior Vice President and Executive Director at Longfor Properties Co., Ltd. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman and President of China Overseas Holdings Limited. He also serves as a Director of China State Construction International Holdings Limited.

Mr. Zhang Zhichao has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of the company. Previously, he worked as the General Manager of Northern China regional companies from 2017 to 2019. Mr. Zhichao also worked as an Assistant President of the company.

Mr. Luo Liang has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Executive Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from 2009 to 2022. He joined the group in 1999. Mr. Liang serves as the Chief Architect of the group.

Mr. Lui Sai Kit has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2018. He has about 36 years of expertise in various corporate financing and financial management roles. He joined the company in 2018.
