Mr. Wang Jianping has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President of Northeast Electric Power Design Institute and the General Manager of China Power Engineering Consulting Corp. Previously, he served as the President of Electric Power Planning and Design Institute.

Mr. Zhuang Shangbiao has been the President and a Director of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the General Legal Counsel, Vice President, and Chief Accountant of the company. He also served as the Deputy General Manager of the Finance Department of China Road and Bridge Group (HK) Ltd from 1994 to 2001. Earlier, he served as the Chief Accountant of China Road and Bridge (Group) Corp.

Mr. Wang Xiuming serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and General Legal Counsel of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Deputy Director of the General Office, Director of the Policy Study Office, the Deputy Head and Head of the Legal System Department, and a Director of Audit Scientific and Research Institute from 2002 to 2014. Mr. Xiuming also served as the Deputy Director General of the Auditing Bureau of Tianjin City from 2000 to 2002. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of CRCC Capital Holdings Group Co Ltd.
