Mr. Zhuang Qianzhi has been the Chairman of the company since September 2025. Previously, he was the President and Vice Chairman of the company. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Manager of the securities pledge loan division of China Construction Bank Ltd. Prior to that, he worked as the Deputy General Manager of the investment banking department, General Manager of the Strategic Department and Risk Management Department, Director, and Assistant to the president of China Construction Investment Group.

Mr. Tian Meipan has been an Assistant to President of the company since July 2023. He also serves asthe Chief Actuary and Chief Financial Officer of the company since December 2012. Previously, he served as an Executive Director and the General Manager at China Re Life. Previously, he served as a Controller of the risk management department, the Deputy General Manager and the Chief Actuary of China Re Life.

Mr. Cao Shunming has been an Assistant to President and Chief Risk Officer of the company since July 2023. He also has been the Compliance Controller of the company since 2022. He also serves as the Chairman of China Re CRM. Previously, he held various leadership position of the company.

Mr. Liu Yuanzhang is the Assistant to President, Board Secretary, and Joint Company Secretary of the company . He aslos serves as the Human Resources Director and General Manager of Human Resources Department. Prior to this, he held the positions of Division Chief, Assistant to General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager of Human Resources Department. He also served as the Chairman of Huatai Insurance Agency and Consultant Service Limited.
