Mr. Qiu Huawei has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he has also served as the chairman of Shenzhen Sanjiu Pharmaceutical Trading Co., Ltd., the senior vice president of China Resources Sanjiu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and the director of China Resources Jiangzhong Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.

Ms. Zhou Hui is the Director, Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Assistant Minister of the Investment Management Department of Sanjiu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and General Manager, Board Secretary, and General Manager of the Securities and Legal Affairs Department of China Resources Sanjiu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

Mr. Xing Jian has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the company since February 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of China Resources Jiangzhong Pharmaceutical Group. Earlier, he served as the Deputy General Manager of the Financial Management Center of China Resources Sanjiu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer of China Resources Pien Tze Huang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. He also served as Assistant General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of China Resources Network Holdings (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd.
