Mr. Zheng Xuexuan serves as the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President and a Director of the company. Mr. Xuexuan also served as the General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Deputy Party Secretary, and a Director of China State Construction Engineering Corporation.

Mr. Zhang Zhaoxiang has been the President of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as Vice President and a Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman, President, and Secretary of the Party Committee of Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd from 2008 to 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Zhaoxiang served as the Vice President, President and Secretary of the Party Committee of China Nonferrous Engineering and Research Institute. He also served as the Chairman and General Manager of China ENFI Engineering Corporation. Mr. Zhaoxiang was the Deputy General Manager and a Member of the party group of China Minmetals Corporation. He served as the Secretary and Member of the Party Committee, General Manager, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and a Director of China Metallurgical Group Corporation.

Mr. Wang Yunlin has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of China State Construction Engineering Corporation. Mr. Yunlin served as the Chief Accountant of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Limited. He served as the Deputy Chief Accountant of CASIC (Group) Company and the Chairman of Aerospace Securities Co Ltd.

Mr. Zhou Yong has been the Vice President of the company since 2019. He served as the Deputy General Manager of the company. Previously, he served as the Chairman, Director and Chief Executive Officer of China State Construction International Holdings Ltd. Mr. Yong was associated as the Vice Chairman, Deputy General Manager and a Member of Party Committee of China Overseas Holdings Ltd.
