Mr. Yin Zhaojun has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Chairman at TPG and TPG (HK) since 2025, and held the position of Chairman for multiple subsidiaries including TPL, TPI, TPP, TPAM, TPL (HK), and TP Singapore. He had been the Vice Chairman, General Manager, and Responsible Compliance Officer of TPG and TPG (HK), as well as the Vice Chairman and General Manager of the Company. Mr. Yin also served as the Vice President of China Life Insurance (Group) Company and held various senior roles at China Guangfa Bank Co., Ltd. and Bank of Communications Co., Ltd.

Mr. LI Kedong has been the Vice Chairman and General Manager of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman and General Manager of TPG and TPG (HK) since 2025, and held various director positions at TPL, TPI, TPP, TPAM, as well as the Chairman of TPCA, TPIM, and TPFH. He was a Deputy General Manager of TPG, TPG (HK), and the Company. Mr. LI also served as the Business Director, General Manager of Client Relationship Management and Business Development Department, General Manager of Product Management Department, General Manager of Project Risk Management Department/State Project Business Department, General Manager of Human Resources Department, General Manager of Shanghai Branch, and General Manager of Guangdong Branch of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation, and was the Director of the Administrator’s Office of the General Office of Civil Aviation Administration of China.

Mr. Zhang Ruohan is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the company. Previously, he served as the Chairman at Taiping Reinsurance (China) Company Limited, Chief Executive Officer at Taiping Reinsurance Company Limited, and General Manager of the Board Office and the F&A Department at China Taiping Insurance Group.

Mr. Li Qingming is a Business Director of the company. He also serves as a Business Director of China Taiping Insurance Group Company Limited, China Taiping Insurance Group (HK) Company Limited, and Chief Executive Officer of China Taiping Life Insurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited. Previously, he served as a Director of the Office at China Taiping Insurance Group Company Limited, General Manager of the Office, the General Manager of the Office of the Board of Directors at China Taiping Pension Company Limited.
