Mr. Ke Ruiwen has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Deputy Director General of Jiangxi Posts and Telecommunications Administration, the Managing Director of the Marketing Department of the company and China Telecommunications Corporation. He also served as the Deputy General Manager of Jiangxi Telecom, Managing Director of the Human Resources Department of the company and China Telecommunications Corporation. Prior to this, Mr. Ruiwen served as an Executive Vice President of the Company, General Manager of Jiangxi Telecom, the Chairman of Supervisory Committee of China Tower Corporation Limited and the Vice President of China Telecommunications Corporation. He is also serving as the President and Director of China Telecommunications Corporation.

Mr. Li Yinghui has been the Executive Vice President, Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of the Company from April 2022. He also serves as a Director of the company since January 2023. Currently, he also serves as the Chief Accountant of China Telecommunications Corporation. Prior to this, he served as a Deputy Director of Financial Department of China Huaneng Group Co, Director of Financial and Budget Department of Huaneng Power International, Inc, and Director of Financial and Asset Management Department of China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd.

Mr. Shao Guang serves as the President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as a Deputy General Manager of China United Network Communications Group Company Limited, the Senior Vice President of China United Network Communications Limited, an Executive Director and Senior Vice President of China Unicom (Hong Kong) Limited, and a Director and Senior Vice President of China United Network Communications Corporation Limited. He also served as a Director of China. Mr. Guang also serves as the President and Director of China Telecommunications Corporation.

Mr. Liu Guiging has been the Director, and Executive Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy General Manager and General Manager of China Unicom Hunan branch and General Manager of China Unicom Jiangsu provincial branch. He also serves as the Vice President and General Counsel of China Telecommunications Corporation, Director of China Tower Corporation Limited, Deputy Director General of China Institute of Communications and a Director of Global System for Mobile communications Association.

Mr. Tang Ke has been the Director, and Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of the Finance Department of China Telecommunications Corporation and as the General Manager of China Telecom Anhui branch and Guangdong branch. He currently serves as the Vice President of China Telecommunications Corporation.
