Mr. Ke Ruiwen has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Deputy Director General of Jiangxi Posts and Telecommunications Administration, the Managing Director of the Marketing Department of the company and China Telecommunications Corporation. He also served as the Deputy General Manager of Jiangxi Telecom, Managing Director of the Human Resources Department of the company and China Telecommunications Corporation. Prior to this, Mr. Ruiwen served as an Executive Vice President of the Company, General Manager of Jiangxi Telecom, the Chairman of Supervisory Committee of China Tower Corporation Limited and the Vice President of China Telecommunications Corporation. He is also serving as the President and Director of China Telecommunications Corporation.

Mr. Li Yinghui has been the Executive Vice President, Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of the Company from April 2022. He also serves as a Director of the company since January 2023. Currently, he also serves as the Chief Accountant of China Telecommunications Corporation. Prior to this, he served as a Deputy Director of Financial Department of China Huaneng Group Co, Director of Financial and Budget Department of Huaneng Power International, Inc, and Director of Financial and Asset Management Department of China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd.
