Mr. Chen Guoqiang has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2023. Earlier, he served as the Managing Director and Director of the company from 2019 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as Chairman and General Manager of CDF (Beijing) Trading Co Ltd. He also served as Director of Travel Retail Department and General Manager of CDF Boao Trading Co Ltd. Previously, he served as Deputy Director of Purchasing of Hong Kong Zhongquan Company and Chief Representative of China Free Europe Office.

Mr. WANG Xuan has been the Chairman of the company since October 2023. He also serves as a President of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he held various leadership position for the company. He also served as a Deputy General Manager of the enterprise management department of China Yuanwang Group General Company.

Mr. Yu Hui has been the Chief Accountant of the company since 2021. He also serves as Chief Accountant of CDF Investment Development Co Ltd. Prior to this, he served as Director of Financial Management Department at the company. He also served as Deputy Director of the Financial Department of China National Biotechnology Corporation. Previously, he served at Beijing Jiuqi Software Co., Ltd and China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation.

Mr. Zhou Lingjun has been a Vice President of the company since January 2023. He also serves as a Director of CDFG Sanya Downtown Duty-Free Store Co Ltd and general manager of the Hainan branch of China Tourism Group Co Ltd. Previously, he served as Deputy General, and General Manager of the company.

Mr. Ge Ming has been the Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Principal Accountant of Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP from July 1995 to August 2012 and as Partner from August 2012 to September 2014. He also served as a Member of the second session of the Listed Companies Mergers and Acquisitions Expert Consultation Committee of CSRC from May 2012 to May 2015.
