Mr. Dong Xin has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2026. Previously, he served as General Manager of Finance Department of China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd., Chairman and General Manager of China Mobile Group Hainan Co., Ltd and General Manager of the Planning Department of China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd. He also served as the Chairman and General Manager of China Mobile Group Henan Co., Ltd., Chairman and General Manager of China Mobile Group Beijing Co., Ltd., Vice President and Chief Accountant, Director and President of China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd. Earlier, he served as an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of China Mobile Limited, Deputy Director General of the National Radio and Television Administration. Currently, he serving as the Chairman of China United Network Communications Group Company Limited, China United Network Communications Limited and China United Network Communications Corporation Limited.

Ms. Li Yuzhuo has been the Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company since February 2022. Previously, she served as Director of the Finance Department of China ENFI Engineering Corporation Limited. Prior to this, Ms. Li served as the Vice President of China ENFI Engineering Corporation, Head of the Capital Department and Secretary of the Board of Directors of China Metallurgical Group Corporation. Earlier, she was the Head of the Capital Operation Department of China Minmetals Corporation.
