Mr. Chen Haiqiang has been the Chairman of the company since December 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Acting Chairman, President and Director of the bank since 2025. Before that, he served as the Chief Risk Officer and Vice President at the bank. Previously, he served as Deputy Principal Staff Member at Zhejiang Branch, China Development Bank and Deputy Director of Ningbo Beilun Banking Office, President of Ningbo Beilun Branch, Member of the CPC committee, Assistant to the President, and Vice President of Ningbo Branch of China Merchants Bank.

Mr. Lu Linhua has been the Executive Director, President and Chief Compliance Officer of the company since April 2026.

Mr. Pan Huafeng is an President Assistant and Chief Risk Officer of the bank. Previously, he served as the Deputy Director of the Credit Management Department and Risk Management Department at Bank of China Ningbo Branch, Deputy President at Bank of China Yinzhou Branch, and Deputy Director (in charge of work) and Director of the Risk Management Department at Bank of China Ningbo Branch.

Mr. Jing Feng has been the Vice President of the bank since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the bank from 2018 to 2024. Previously, he served at China Minsheng Bank as General Manager of the Planning and Finance Department of Suzhou Branch; Finance Specialist of Corporate Financial Business Department; and Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Business Department.
