Mr. Brian Niccol has been the Chairman of the company since March 2020 and its Chief Executive Officer since 2018. He serves as Director of Harley-Davidson, Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Taco Bell from January 2015 to February 2018, and its President and Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer from 2013 to 2014. He also worked as the Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager at Pizza Hut. Previously, he served in various brand management positions, during his 10-year tenure at Procter & Gamble Co.

Mr. Scott Boatwright serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Restaurant Officer of the company. He joined the company in May 2017. Previously, he served about 18 years at Arby’s Restaurant Group in various leadership positions, including as Senior Vice President of Operations.

Mr. Curt Garner has been the Chief Technology Officer at Chipotle since March 2017. He joined the company as the Chief Information Officer in 2015. Previously, he worked at Starbucks for about 17 years and most recently served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Information Officer. Earlier, he was leading the technology division for the Wendy’s International division.

Mr. Chris Brandt has been the Chief Brand Officer and also oversees real estate and development of the company since March 2018. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Brand Officer of Bloomin’ Brands, Inc. from May 2016 to December 2017. He also served as Chief Brand Officer and Chief Marketing Officer for Taco Bell from May 2013 to May 2016, and its Senior Director and Vice President of Marketing from November 2010 to May 2013.

Mr. Roger Theodoredis has been the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of the company since October 2018. Prior to this, he served as General Secretary of Danone North America. He also served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of The WhiteWave Foods Company. Previously, he served as Division General Counsel for Mead Johnson Nutritionals and as Assistant General Counsel of Chiquita Brands International. He started his career at Drinker Biddle & Reath.
