Mr. Mauricio Graber has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since June 2018. He has also been a Director of Bacthera AG and Jungbunzlauer Suisse AG. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Flavours Division of Givaudan SA. He also served as a member of Givaudan’s Executive Committee. Previously, he served as Regional Head of the North Latin America region of the company. Earlier, he worked as the Regional President of Latin America of the combined regional business and President of the Flavours division based in Switzerland.

Ms. Lise Skaarup Mortensen has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and Director of the company since 2020. She also serves as the serves as the Chairman of Bacthera Denmark A/S and Director of Bacthera AG and Dovista A/S. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Microsoft Germany. Previously, she served as Nordic Chief Financial Officer for Integrated Technology Delivery at IBM. She worked as the Chief Financial Officer at CityMail Denmark from 2008 to 2010. Earlier, she served as General Manager at Maersk Data Group. Ms. Mortensen also worked as the Assistant Vice President, Secretariat, And Management Trainee at BG Bank.

Ms. Dominique Reiniche has been the Chairwoman the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Vice Chairman of the company from 2015 to 2018. Ms. Reiniche also served in various senior leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, Mondelez International and The Coca-Cola Company.

Mr. Henrik Joerck Nielsen has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Animal Health in the company. He joined the company in 2014 as Vice President and Head of Plant Health business unit. Mr. Nielsen also worked with McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Torsten Steenholt has been the Executive Vice President of Global Operations of the company since 2017. He also serves as a Director of CO-RO A/S, CO-RO Holding A/S, Gram Equipment A/S and Anora Group Plc. Prior to this, he worked as the Vice President of Production at Carlsberg Denmark A/S. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Unicer SGPS. He also worked as the Head of Production of Carlsberg UK Ltd from 2003 to 2007. Mr. Steenholt joined the company in 2012 as Senior Vice President of Product Supply.
