Mr. Richard A. Dierker has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company since April 2025. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Head of Business Operations of the company from March 2025 to April 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Business Operations of the company from 2022 to 2025. Earlier, Mr. Dierker served various roles at Alpharma, Inc and Ingersoll-Rand Ltd.

Mr. Lee. B. McChesney has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since March 2025. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MSA Safety Inc. from 2022 to 2025. Prior to this, he served in various leadership positions at Stanley Black & Decker from 2010 to 2022, including Vice President, Corporate Finance, and Chief Financial Officer, Global Tools and Storage operating unit, Chief Financial Officer, Global Tools and Storage, and Corporate FP&A, and President of Hand Tools, Accessories, and Storage operating unit. Earlier, Mr. McChesney served various Finance Leadership roles at Stanley Works from 1999 to 2010, including as the Chief Financial Officer, Mechanical Access Solutions, and Stanley Security Solutions.

Mr. Joseph J. Longo has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Controller, and Vice President of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Controller of Dorman Products Inc. from 2019 to 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Controller of Pinnacle Foods Inc. from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, he served in head roles at Tyco International Ltd. from 2007 to 2017. Earlier, Mr. Longo served various roles at KPMG US LLP, Prudential Financial, Inc., and JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Mr. Kevin Gokey has been the Chief Information Officer, Senior Vice President of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Information Technology from October 2008 to December 2014 at the company. He joined the company in February 1992. Mr. Gokey previously held a senior information technology management position at Thomas & Betts. Earlier, he worked at Revlon, National Westminster Bank, Payne Webber and Siemens Medical Systems.

Mr. Carlos G. Linares has been the Executive Vice President, the Chief Technology Officer, and the Head of Global New Product Innovation of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Global Research & Development from 2017 to 2022 at the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Sun Products Corporation from 2012 to 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Global R&D, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs of Alberto Culver. Earlier, Mr. Linares served various roles at Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson.
