Mr. Robert S Keane has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Cimpress. He founded the company in 1995 and provide small business with marketing materials at low cost.

Ms. Sean E Quinn has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since July 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President from October 2015 to July 2016; the Chief Accounting Officer from November 2014 to October 2015; as the Vice President of Corporate Finance from January 2014 to October 2015; as Global Controller from April 2012 to November 2014. Previously, Mr. Quinn served as the Certified Public Accountant of KPMG LLP from 2001 to 2009 and from September 2001 to October 2009 in the firm’s Philadelphia, London, and Boston offices.

Mr. Maarten Wensveen has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President since February 2019. From January 2017 to February 2019, he served as Senior Vice President. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Technology for Cimpress from 2015 to 2017. Prior to this, he served Albumprinter on varied roles from December 2006 to June 2012 until it was acquired by Cimpress.

Mr. Scott J. Vassalluzzo has been the Director of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Member of Prescott General Partners LLC. Previously, he served as the Equity Analyst of Prescott. Mr. Vassalluzzo also served the public accounting of Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP).

Mr. Zachary S. Sternberg has been the Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Co-founder and Managing Member of the General Partner of The Spruce House Partnership. Presently, Mr. Sternberg also serves on the boards of directors of Victoria PLC and GTT Communications, Inc.
