Mr. Carlos M. Sepulveda has been the Chairman of the company since May 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman at Triumph Financial, Inc and President and Chief Executive Officer of Interstate Battery System International, Inc. Previously, Mr. Sepulveda spent eleven years as an audit partner with the accounting company KPMG LLP in Austin, New York, and San Francisco.

Mr. Sean Gamble has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2022 and its President since July 2021. He also serves as Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from August 2014 to July 2021. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from January 2018 to July 2021 and as Executive Vice President from August 2014 to January 2018. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at NBCUniversal from February 2009 to April 2014. Earlier, he served in various senior leadership positions during his 15 years stint with General Electric Company including as Chief Financial Officer of General Electric Oil & Gas’ Equipment business from May 2007 to January 2009.

Ms. Melissa Thomas serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2021. Prior to this, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Groupon from August 2019 to October 2021. She also served as the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President of Commercial Finance, and Treasurer of Groupon. Previously, she served in various senior finance positions at Surgical Care Affiliates and Orbitz.

Ms. Wanda Gierhart Fearing serves as the Chief Marketing and Content Officer of the company since 2021. She joined the company in 2018 and has been mainly responsible for enhancing key marketing functions and e-commerce and social media transformation of the company.

Mr. Valmir Fernandes serves as the President of Cinemark International LLC since March 2007. Mr. Fernandes has been with the company for over 20 years.
