Mr. Ellis Jacob has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2003. Prior to this, Mr. Jacob was the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Galaxy. Previously, he served as the Head of Integration at Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc. from 1998 and 1999. Mr. Jacob also served in several positions at COC including Vice President of Finance, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Presently, he serves as a Director of the Toronto International Film Festival Group, Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd, Dundee Corporation and the National Association of Theater Owners.

Ms. Phyllis Yaffe has been the Chairperson of the company since October 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Consul General to New York for the Government of Canada from July 2016 to December 2019. She also served as Director of Lions Gate Entertainment Corporation, Astral Media Inc, Torstar Corporation, Baycrest Health Sciences and Women Against Multiple Sclerosis. Previously, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Atlantis Broadcasting Inc and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc.

Mr. Gord Nelson is the Chief Financial Officer of Cineplex. Mr. Nelson joined Cineplex Odeon Corporation in 1988 and held various financial roles since that time. He became the Chief Financial Officer of Cineplex Galaxy Income Fund in 2004 and served in this position until the company’s conversion to the Corporation in 2011.

Mr. Dan McGrath has been the Chief Operating Officer of Cineplex since 2011. Mr. McGrath joined Cineplex Odeon Corporation in 1987 and served in several financial and operational roles from 1987 to 2000. He served as an Executive Vice President at Galaxy from 2000 to 2011. He is also a Director and President of SCENE LP, Director and Treasurer of the Movie Theatre Association of Canada and Director of Canada’s Walk of Fame and Covenant House.

Ms. Sara Moore is an Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the company. She joined the company as Senior Vice President of Marketing in 2020. She has over 25 years of experience in marketing across various industries. Presently, she serves as a Director of SCENE IP LP and SCENE LP.
