Mr. Umang Vohra has been the Managing Director, Global Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Global Chief Operating Officer from January 2016 and as Global Strategy Officer of the company from October 2015. Mr. Vohra also worked as Head of the North America business for Dr.Reddy's, prior to which he served the company as the global Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Dr. Reddy's, he worked with PepsiCo and Eicher Motors.

Ms. Raju Mistry has been the President and Global Chief People Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd. Ms. Raju led the talent, employer brand and leadership programmes of the Aditya Birla Group, and was the Chief Human Resources Officer of Grasim’s Pulp and Fibre business. She has previously worked with Tata Sons, Colgate Palmolive, Siemens, and Mastech Corporation, Canada.

Mr. Pradeep Bhadauria has been the President and Global Chief Scientific Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served at Amneal Pharmaceutical Inc as the Chief Scientific Officer and a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to this, he served in various leadership positions at companies such as Allergan/Actavis, Apotex, Watson Pharmaceuticals, Ranbaxy and Sandoz.

Mr. Shivam S. Puri has been the Chief Executive Officer of Cipla Healthcare Ltd since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Business Officer at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. He worked with Hindustan Unilever in various consumer segments as the Business Head of the water purifier business and Professional Products businesses before joining Jubilant. Mr. Shivam also served as the Head of the fabric care franchise of the Surf Excel brand.

Mr. Rajeev Kumar Sinha has been the Chief Manufacturing Officer of the company since April 2024. Prior to this he served as Vice President and Global Head– Formulations Operations at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, India.
