Mr. Sunil Garg has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Citibank since February 2021. He also serves as the Head of North America of the bank since January 2023. He served as the Global Chief Executive Officer of the Commercial Bank between 2011 and 2021. Previously, he held roles related to U.S. Commercial Banking business from 2008 to 2011. He held various roles in Citi, notably in Treasury and Trade Solutions, Operations and Technology, Corporate and Investment Banking and Commercial Banking. He was a Member of Citi’s Global Consumer Banking and the Institutional Client Group‘s management committees for several years.

Mr. James S. Turley has been a Director of the bank since 2013. He also serves as a Director of Citigroup Inc since 2013. Previously, he worked as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Ernst & Young from 2001 to June 2013 and the Regional Managing Partner, Ernst & Young from 1994 to 2001.

Ms. Jane N. Fraser has been a Director of the bank since 2020 and Chief Executive Officer of Citigroup Inc. since March 2021. Previously, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of GCB from 2019 to 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of Citigroup Inc. Latin America from 2015 to 2019 and as the Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. Consumer and Commercial Banking and CitiMortgage from 2013 to 2015. Earlier, Ms. Jane served as the Chief Executive Officer of Citi's Global Private Bank from 2009 to 2013.

Ms. Diana L. Taylor has been a Director of the bank since 2020. She had previously worked as the Vice Chairman at Solera Capital LLC from 2014 to 2018 and Managing Director at Wolfensohn Fund Management from 2007 to 2014. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at Long Island Power Authority from 2001 to 2002 and Vice President at KeySpan Energy from 1999 to 2001. She is also the Director of Citigroup Inc. since 2009.
