Mr. Xi Guohua has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman and President at the company. He was a member of the National Committee of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. Before this, he held various roles including as Director at CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd, Vice President at China Northern Locomotive & Rolling Stock Industry (Group) Corporation, and Director and Chief Executive Officer at China CNR Corporation Limited.

Mr. Zhang Wenwu has been the Vice Chairman and President of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Deputy General Manager of the Finance & Accounting Department of the Head Office at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Deputy Head of Liaoning Branch, Director and Chief Financial Officer at ICBC-AXA Assurance Co., Ltd., and Senior Executive Vice President at ICBC.

Mr. Liu Zhengjun has been a Director of the company since 2023 and is its Vice President since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman at CITIC Asset Management Corporation Ltd and CITIC Trust Corporation Ltd. He served in various roles including Director, Vice Chairman and Chairman at Asia Satellite Telecommunications Holdings Limited, Director at CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited. Mr. Yu Yang has been a Director of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Assistant Engineer of Computing Center, Engineer at Xingcai Company, Deputy General Manager and General Manager at Zhongcaixin company, Deputy Director of Comprehensive Department.
