CITIC Telecom International Holdings Ltd: Executives

Mr. Luo Xicheng is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and an Executive Director of the company. Prior to this, he joined in succession large state-owned enterprises in the fields of information, aviation, and electronics, as well as government research and decision-making consulting institutions. He also held positions as an engineer, department executive, and deputy chief engineer, following his roles as Chairman of CTM, CPC, and CEC.

Mr. Wu Jun is an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as an executive director and general manager of CITIC Technology Development Co., Ltd. He also worked at China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited and Agricultural Bank of China Limited, following his additional appointments as a director of CPC and CEC, corporate representative for CTM, and a non-executive director of Asia Satellite Telecommunications Holdings Limited

Mr. Ip Hon Chung serves as the Chief Technology Officer of the company. He joined the company in 2006. Prior to that, he held various technical positions at New World PCS Ltd.
