Clearway Energy Inc: Executives

Mr. Jonathan Bram has been the Chairman of the company since August 2018. Mr. Bram serves as a Directors of Clearway Energy Group LLC, SunPower Corporation and Chile Renovables, SpA. Prior to the formation of GIP in 2006, he spent 15 years at Credit Suisse as a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division, where he served as Co-Head of the Global Industrial and Services Group. He has experience financing and investing in renewables companies and projects that utilize wind, solar, geothermal and hydroelectric technologies.

Mr. Christopher S Sotos has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since May 2016. He has served in various positions at NRG Energy, including most recently as the Executive Vice President of Strategy, and Mergers and Acquisitions in 2016; and Senior Vice President of Strategy, and Mergers and Acquisitions from 2012 to February 2016. Previously, Mr. Sotos served as NRG Energy' Senior Vice President and Treasurer from 2008 to 2012.

Ms. Sarah Rubenstein has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company from 2022 to 2023. Previously, she served as Vice President, Accounting and Controller at the company since November 2020. Ms. Rubenstein served as Assistant Controller of the company since August 2018. Prior to this, she served as a Director of Accounting Research and Financial Reporting at NRG, Director of Finance at EPV Solar, Inc. and Senior Director of Financial Reporting at Warner Music Group.

Mr. Kevin P. Malcarney has been the Executive Vice President since January 2022. He serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since May, 2018. Previously, Mr. Malcarney served as the Interim General Counsel of the Company from March 2018 to May 2018. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel and served in various other roles at NRG since September 2008.
