Dr. Philipe J. Wolgen has been the Chief Executive Officer, the Managing Director and Director of Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals Ltd since 2005. He has experience in international finance and contacts to European capital markets in the field of equity research in the bio-medical industry. Previously, Dr. Wolgen also held positions in private pharmaceutical companies in Europe, the UK and Israel. He been recognized for his strategic mindset and meticulous execution in business. He is also a board-member and founder of WOKO Indonesia.

Mr. Darren M. Keamy has been the Chief Financial Officer and the Secretary of the company since 2006. Prior to this, he served in key management accounting and commercial roles at Amcor Limited for over 9 years. He worked for two years in the UK and gained financial experience.

Dr. Dennis Wright serves as the Chief Scientific Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served in leadership roles including Regulatory Affairs Manager at CSL and Global Pharmacovigilance Manager and Regulatory Affairs Manager of Mayne Pharma.

Mr. Jeffrey Rosenfeld has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Founding Director of Monash University Institute of Medical Engineering,Melbourne.
