Mr. Matthew Prince has been the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chairman of the company since July 2009. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Unspam Technologies Inc from 2001 to 2009.

Ms. Michelle Zatlyn has been President and Co-Chairman of the company since December 2020. He also serves as the Chief Operating Officer since 2016 to 2025. He also serves as Director of the company since 2009 to 2016. She presently serves as Director of Atlassian Corporation Plc.

Mr. Thomas Seifert has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2017. He served as an advisor of Symantec Corp from December 2016 to March 2017, and the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President from March 2014 to November 2016. Mr. Seifert served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Brightstar Corp from December 2012 to March 2014. From October 2009 to September 2012, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Advanced Micro Devices Inc. He also served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Micro Devices Inc from January 2011 to August 2011. Mr. Seifert currently serves as a member of the board of directors of First Derivatives plc. He previously served on the board of directors of CompuGroup Medical SE, an eHealth provider, and IPG Photonics Corporation.

Ms. Alissa Starzak has been Chief Legal Officer since April, 2026. Prior to this she served as Deputy Chief Legal Officer from January 2024 through March 2026 and Global Head of Public Policy from May 2017 through March 2026. Prior to this Ms. Starzak served as General Counsel of the Department of the Army from December 2015 to January 2017. Ms. Starzak served as the Deputy General Counsel (Legislation) at the U.S. Department of Defense from May 2011 to December 2015. Previously she served as a counsel to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence from January 2007 to May 2011.
