Mr. Chiang Tung Keung has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Director of CLP Power Hong Kong and Managing Director of CLP Power from 2017 to 2023. Mr. Keung has extensive experience in generation, transmission, and distribution systems as well as regulatory strategy. He has also served in various senior management positions in the areas of power system asset management, planning, design, operation and maintenance, power quality, and corporate and regulatory strategy.

Mr. Alexandre Jean Keisser has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2024. Prior to this, he served as Chief Officer of the International Business from October 2023 to March 2024 for the company and as Managing Director of CLPe from September 2018 to September 2023. Mr. Keisser has also served as Chief Executive Officer of ENGIE in Australia; Chief Executive Officer of EnerSur, Chief Executive Officer of ENGIE Chile, and Chief Financial Officer of ENGIE Latin America.

Mr. Derek Parkin has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, he also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of UK Coal; Managing Director of New Build and Technology of EON (AG); and on the Executive Board of E.ON UK. Currently, Mr. Parkin also serves as a Director of CLPe Holdings Ltd and EnergyAustralia Holdings Ltd. He also has more than 40 years of project, engineering, and business management experience across Europe, Russia, Asia, and South America.

Mr. David John Simmonds has been the Chief Strategy, Sustainability, and Governance Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Administrative Officer, and Secretary of the company from January 2016 to 2022; General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer from 2013 to 2015; General Counsel and Company Secretary of EnergyAustralia, and Director of Legal Affairs from 2007 to 2013. Mr. Simmonds held various senior legal positions including General Counsel of Technology, Innovation & Product, and General Counsel of Mergers and Acquisitions at Telstra Corporation. Currently, he also serves as General Counsel of the company.

Mr. Paul David Tomlinson has been the Chief Transformation Officer of CLP Power Hong Kong of the company since 2025. Prior to this, Mr. Tomlinson was the Chief Operations And Transformation Officer of CLP Power Hong Kong at CLP from 2024 to 2025. He was the Chief Operating Officer of CLP Power at CLP from 2022 to 2024. Mr. Tomlinson was a Senior Director of Generation at CLP Power from 2020 to 2022. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Sembcorp Utilities from 2018 to 2020. Mr. Tomlinson was the Chief Operating Officer at Eggborough Power Ltd. from 2015 to 2018. He was a Managing Director at Lynemouth Power Ltd. from 2012 to 2015
