Mr. Chiang Tung Keung has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Director of CLP Power Hong Kong and Managing Director of CLP Power.

Mr. Nicolas Alain Marie Tissot has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company xsince April 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2020 to 2021; Chief Financial Officer of Alstom and held multiple senior roles in GDF SUEZ Group, including Chief Financial Officer of Tractebel and Electrabel, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of GDF SUEZ’s Global Gas & LNG Division. Mr. Tissot also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Bureau Veritas.

Mr. Derek Parkin has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, he also served as the Chief Operating Officer leading execution projects and developing the company’s project management capability. Mr. Parkin also served in engineering, mega projects construction, and procurement and supply chain management.

Ms. Chong Wai Yan Quince has been the Chief Corporate Development Officer of the company since September 2012. Prior to this, she served as the Director Corporate Affairs of Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd and worked at the Hong Kong Tourism Board. Ms Chong also served as the Director of CLP Power Hong Kong Ltd.

Mr. David John Simmonds has been the Chief Strategy, Sustainability and Governance Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary of the company from January 2016 to 2022; General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer from 2013 to 2015; General Counsel and Company Secretary of EnergyAustralia and Director of Legal Affairs from 2007 to 2013. Mr. Simmonds held various senior legal positions including General Counsel of Technology, Innovation & Product and General Counsel of Mergers and Acquisitions at Telstra Corporation.
