Ms. Suzanne Heywood has been the Chairman of CNH since 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Managing Director at McKinsey & Company. Previously, she served as a Civil Servant in the UK Treasury of the Government of UK, and Private Secretary to the Financial Secretary. Ms. Heywood is also a Director of The Economist and of the Royal Opera and Royal Academy of Arts Trust.

Mr. Gerrit Marx has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and the Head of Agriculture of the company since 2025. Prior to this, Mr. Marx served as the Chief Executive Officer of Iveco Group NV from January 2022 to June 2024. Previously, he served at Bain Capital. He served as Executive Vice President at Volkswagen AG China from 2011 to 2012. He also served as the President at Skoda China. He served at various roles at Mercedes-Benz Group AG. Earlier, he served at McKinsey & Company.

Mr. James Nickolas has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 8, 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Martin Marietta from 2017 to 2025. Previously, he served at various positions at Caterpillar from 2008 to 2017. He also served as a Director at JP Morgan from 2001 to 2008.

Mr. Luis Abreu has been the Chief Information Officer of CNH since 2025. Prior to this, Mr. Abreu served as the Acting Global Chief Information Officer of CNH from 2024 to 2025. Previously, he served as the Head of Global Information Technology Regional Operations of CNH from 2024 to 2025. He served as the Chief Information Officer, North America of CNH from 2022 to 2024 and as the Global Head of Supply Chain Information Technology Support of CNH from 2021 to 2024. He also served as the Chief Information Officer, Latin America of CNH from 2019 to 2022 and as a Global Manager, End User and Executive Services of CNH from 2017 to 2021. Earlier, he served as the Information System Security Officer, Latin America of CNH from 2013 to 2019.

Mr. Jay Schroeder has been the Chief Technology Officer of CNH since 2024. Prior to this, Mr. Schroeder served as the leader for Global Agriculture Product Development of CNH from 2021 to 2024. Previously, he served as the Global Head of Large Tractor Product Line and Precision Agriculture Electronics of CNH. He served as a Vice President of Product Development and Vehicle and Precision Electronics of CNH and as the Global Leader for the Crop Harvesting Product Line of CNH. He also served as a Senior Director of Engineering for the Combine and Header Product Line of CNH, as a Global Platform Manager of CNH, and as a Global Product Manager for Combines, Headers and Precision Farming of CNH. Earlier, he served as a Driveline Engineer of CNH from 1994 to 2021.
