Ms. Suzanne Heywood has been the Chairman of CNH since July 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Managing Director of Exor; worked at McKinsey & Company; and started her career as a Civil Servant in the UK Treasury of the Government of UK, and Private Secretary to the Financial Secretary. Ms. Heywood is also a Director of The Economist and of the Royal Opera and Royal Academy of Arts Trust.

Mr. Scott W. Wine has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Polaris Inc. Prior to Polaris, Mr. Wine held executive roles at United Technologies Corporation, Danaher Corp. and Allied Signal Corp.

Mr. Oddone Incisa has been the Chief Financial Officer and President for Financial Services of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of FGA Capital from 2011 to 2013. Mr. Incisa also served as the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis of Fidis Retail and FGA Capital and Chief Financial Officer of Banco Fiat, Brazil.

Mr. Friedrich Eichler has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served Executive Vice President of Volkswagen Group, Head of Technical Development From 2017 to 2021, he was Head of Chassis & Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Development for the Volkswagen brand.

Mr. Roberto Russo is the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the General Counsel of the company. Previously, he also served as the General Counsel and Board Secretary of Fiat Industrial and General Counsel of Fiat Group from 2004 to 2011.
