Mr. John Harvie has been the Chairman of the company since 2014. He also serves as a member of the board of directors of the Nova Scotia Co-operative Council. Prior to this, he worked as the Chairperson of the Audit Committee in 2013, and served as a member of the Risk and Compensation Committee of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Co-op Atlantic from 2002 to 2011. He joined Co-op Atlantic as a sales representative in 1976.

Mr. Robert Wesseling has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the group since December 2016. Previously, he served as the Director and member of Partners for action advisory board and a Director of the Institute for Catastrophic Loss Reduction.

Mr. Harry Pickett has been the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of the Co-operators Group Limited since 2021. Previously, he worked at Symcor, Manulife, CIBC, BMO, and IBM.

Mr. Kevin Daniel is the Executive Vice-President and Chief Client Officer of The Co-operators Group Ltd. He also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Co-operators Life Insurance Company and The CUMIS Group. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of The Co-operators Group Limited. He also held the position of Vice President of Finance for Co-operators Life Insurance Company and Co-operators General Insurance Company.

Ms. Emmie Fukuchi is the Executive Vice-President and Chief Digital and Marketing Officer of The Co-operators Group Limited. She joined the organization in 2019. She leads all marketing and communications functions of The Co-operators group of companies.
