Mr. Ahmet Kursad Ertin has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since July 2026. Previously, he served as the Chief Operational Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Director of South Asia and the Middle East Region for the company. Previously, he served as the General Manager of CCI Pakistan since 2019 and General Manager of CCI Kazakhstan from 2015 to 2019. Earlier, he served as the CCI Turkey Sales Director from 2014 to 2015 and CCI Turkey Traditional and Distribution Channel Sales Director from 2010 to 2014. He also served as the General Manager of CCI Azerbaijan from 2009 to 2010 and held various roles in the commercial department of the company from 1998 to 1999.

Ms. Cicek Ozgunes has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Finance Director of CCI Türkiye from 2020 to 2024 and Treasury & Investor Relations Director of the company from 2020 to 2024. Previously, she served as the Corporate Finance & Investor Relations Director at Anadolu Efes from 2015 to 2020.

Mr. Atty. R. Ertugrul Onur has been the Chief Legal Officer, and General Counsel of the company since 2007. Prior to this, he served as the Legal Counsel for Mobil Oil Turk A.S. and BP Petrolleri A.S. from 1995 to 2000. Mr. Onur worked as an Employee Representative at BP Turkiye, Council Member at BP Oil Europe Works and Council Link Committee Member at BP Oil Europe Works. Previously, he served as Assistant General Manager and Legal Director at Pfizer Ilaçlari.

Ms. Burcun Imir has been the Chief Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Officer since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Head of Corporate Communications, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility at the company from 2021 to 2023. She also served as the General Coordinator at DasDas from 2019 to 2021. Earlier, she held the position of Corporate Communication and Sustainability Officer at Allianz Türkiye from 2019 and 2016. She also served as the Chief Marketing and Communication Officer at Aras Kargo from 2013 to 2016, and from 2013 to 2008, she worked as the Corporate Communications Manager at Turkcell. Imir served at various positions, including senior manager, Middle East Representative, and reporter, across different media outlets such as Habertürk TV, TV24, Dogan News Agency (DHA), CNNTURK, CNN International, German News Agency (DPA), and Turkish Daily News from 2008 to 1995.

Mr. Ahmet Ozturk has been the Chief Audit Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Internal Audit Director of Anadolu Efes from 2011 to 2018. Previously, he served as the Internal Auditor of Efes Beer Group International operations from 2007 to 2011. Earlier, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Coca-Cola Turkmenistan, Coca-Cola Azerbaijan, Efes Ukraine and Efes Serbia from 1999 to 2007 and Assistant Financial Control Specialist from 1995 to 1999.
