Mr. Bernardo Sanchez Incera has been the Chairman of the company since February 2021. Previously, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Societe Generale from January 2010 to May 2018, Chief Executive Officer at Monoprix Group from 2004 to 2009. Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Vivarte from 2003 to 2004, Chairman of LVMH Mode et Maroquinerie Europe from 2001 to 2003, and International Director of Inditex group from 1999 to 2001.

Mr. Xavier Durand has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Strategy and Growth at GE Capital in London. Previously, Mr. Durand served as the Chief Executive Officer of GE Capital Asia Pacific in Japan. He also held various positions at GE Capital group, including Director of Strategy and Growth for finance division of the Global Auto business in Chicago, Chief Executive Officer of its banking activities in France and Europe, and Sales and Development Managing Director of GE Money Bank France.

Mr. Pierre Bevierre has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he joined MetLife in 2008 as the Director of Human Resources for Western Europe and serves as the Vice Chairman of Human Resources for Central and Eastern Europe in 2012. Mr. Pierre also served as Head of Compensation and Employee Benefits at GE Money bank and Head of HR at GE Insurance in 2001. He was promoted to Director of Human Resources Europe for shared financial services at GE Group in 2004.

Ms. Phalla Gervais has been the Chief Financial and Risk Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Finance & Legal cross-business functions, and Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Aviva France.

Mr. Gonzague Noel has been the Group Chief Operating Officer of the company since February 2025. Previously, he was the Head of Global Business Administration & Strategic Initiatives at HSBC CIB.
