Mr. Louis Audet has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Cogeco since from 1984 to 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of College Jean-de-Brebeuf Development Fund. Mr. Audet also served as the Director of Canadian Cable Telecommunications Association, Clarica, College Jean-de-Brébeuf, Corporation de l'École Polytechnique de Montréal, the Canadian Association of Broadcasters, the Association canadienne de la radio et de la television de langue française. Currently, he also serves as a Director of CableLabs, the Orchestre symphonique de Montreal and the Institute for Governance of Private and Public Organizations (IGOPP).

Mr. Frederic Perron has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Cogeco Inc since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the President of Cogeco Connexion. Previously, Mr. Perron led T-Mobile’s consumer business in Poland, held executive roles at Vodafone in the UK and Czech Republic.

Mr. Patrice Ouimet has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Enerkem. He also served as the Vice President of Corporate Development and Enterprise Risk Management at Gildan Activewear. Mr. Ouimet worked for 10 years in various roles in the investment banking sector at Lazard and at CIBC World Markets.

Ms Marie Ginette Lepage is the Chief Transformation Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Previously, she served as the company’s Senior Vice President, Mobile Strategy and Innovation. Ms. Lepage was Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Mobile Solutions, at Stingray. She also worked at Videotron in several executive roles. Earlier, she served as Vice President Product Development and as Vice President Broadcasting and Content. Prior to her service with Videotron, Ms. Lepage worked for several major companies, including Alcan, and Bell. He joined Cogeco in June 2019.

Ms. Linda Gillespie has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Communications at Weston Foods. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Executive Lead of the Weston Foods Business Transformation Program. She also worked as the Human Resources Lead at Dupont.
