Mr. Stephen J. Rohleder has been the Chairman of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer at GTY Technology Holdings from October 2019 to March 2020. Previously, he held various positions at Accenture plc including; Group Chief Executive, North America 2014 from 2015, Group Chief Executive, Health & Public Service 2009 to 2014, and Global Chief Operating Officer 2004 to 2009.

Mr. Ravi Kumar S has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President at Infosys from January 2016 to October 2022. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Infosys BPM Ltd. Previously, he served as the Group Head for the Insurance, Healthcare, and Cards and Payments unit of Infosys. He also served at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Oracle, Cambridge Technology Partners, and Sapient (now Publicis Sapient). Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of TransUnion and Digimarc Corporation

Mr. Jatin Dalal has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he held various positions at Wipro Limited including; Chief Financial Officer from April 2015 to November 2023, President from December 2019 to November 2023, and Chief Financial Officer of IT Business from 2011 to 2015.

Mr. John Kim has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary of the company since February 2024. Prior to this, he held various positions within the company including; Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and Secretary from March 2021 to February 2024, and Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Global Commercial Contracts. He also served as the Global Head of Big Deals at Capgemini from January 2012 to November 2019. Previously, he served as U.S. Counsel for WNS Global Services from July 2009 to June 2011 and held a variety of leadership roles at Cendant Travel Distribution Services from January 2001 to June 2006, including General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.

Ms. Kathryn Diaz has been the Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Previously, she served as the Head of Global Total Rewards of the company from July 2020 to September 2023. She also served as Vice President of Total Rewards at Pearson. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of Global Compensation, Global Mobility and HR Systems at PVH. Earlier, she held various leadership positions at Merck & Co, Inc.
