Mr. Luis A. Muller has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2014. He also serves as a Director for Celestica Inc. Prior to this, he served as the President of Semiconductor Equipment Group (SEG) of the company from 2011 to 2014. He also served as the Managing Director of Rasco GmbH from 2009 to 2010, and Vice President of Delta Design’s High-Speed Handling Group of the company from 2008 to 2010. Previously, Mr. Muller served as the Director of Engineering at Delta Design from 2005 to 2008. Mr. Muller also held various management positions at engineering and business development of Teradyne Inc.

Mr. Jeffrey D. Jones has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Controller of Cohu’s Delta Design since 2005. Prior to this, Mr. Iones served as a Consultant, Vice President and General Manager of the Systems Group at SBS Technologies, Inc. Earlier, he was an Audit Manager for Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).

Mr. Christopher G. Bohrson has been the Chief Customer Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Group of the company from 2021 to 2023. He also worked as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Test Handler Group from 2018 to 2021; Vice President and General Manager of Digital Test Handlers from 2017 to 2018 and served as Vice President of Sales and Service, Americas from 2016 to 2017 at the company. Prior to this, Mr. Bohrson held several executive positions including Vice President and General Manager of the OEM Diagnostics and Information Solutions group at Bosch Automotive Service Solutions/SPX from 2007 through 2016. Earlier, he spent 20 years working in a variety of management and technical roles at Teradyne, Inc.

Mr. Thomas D. Kampfer has been the Vice President Corporate Development, General Counsel and Secretary of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, he served as the President of CohuHD from 2012 to 2015. He also held several executive positions including President and Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Iomega Corporation. Earlier, Mr. Kampfer served in various legal and business development executive positions at Proxima Corporation. He also held various manufacturing engineering and legal positions at IBM.

Mr. James A. Donahue has been the non-executive Chairman of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Chairperson of the company from December 2014 to December 2015. Previously, he served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2010 to 2014; President and Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2010. Earlier, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Donahue also worked as a Director of SMSC from 2003 until 2012; President of Delta Design, Inc. from 1983 to 2010, and Cohu Semiconductor Equipment Group from 1998 to 1999.
