Mr. James A. Donahue has been the Chairman of the company since December 2015. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from March 2010 to December 2014; President and Chief Executive Officer from June 2000 to March 2010. Earlier, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer from October 1999 to June 2000. Mr. Donahue also worked as a Director of SMSC from 2003 to 2012; President of Delta Design, Inc. from 1983 to 2010, and Cohu Semiconductor Equipment Group from May 1998 to October1999.

Mr. Luis A. Muller has been President, the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since December 2014. He also serves as a Director for Celestica Inc. Prior to this, he served as the President of Semiconductor Equipment Group (SEG) of the company from January 2011 to December 2014. He also served as the Managing Director of Rasco GmbH from January 2009 to December 2010.

Mr. Jeffrey D. Jones has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance of the company since November 2022. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Controller of Cohu’s Delta Design. Prior to this, Mr. Jones served as a Consultant, Vice President and General Manager of the Systems Group at SBS Technologies, Inc. Earlier, he was an Audit Manager for Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).

Mr. Klaus Ilgenfritz has been Chief Product Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Test Handler Group. Prior to this, he served as Vice President and General Manager for Gravity Test In-Strip business unit at Cohu. He also served as Vice President Sales and Service of Europe at Cohu from June 2011 to 2018. Mr. Ilgenfritz held various general management and product project management roles at Infineon Technologies and Rohde & Schwarz.

Mr. Christopher G. Bohrson has been the Chief Customer Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since February 2023. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Group of the company from February 2021 to February 2023. He also worked as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Test Handler Group; Vice President and General Manager of Digital Test Handlers from January 2017 to October 2018 and served as Vice President of Sales and Service, Americas from May 2016 to January 2017 at the company. Prior to this, Mr. Bohrson held several executive positions including Vice President and General Manager of the OEM Diagnostics and Information Solutions group at Bosch Automotive Service Solutions/SPX from 2007 through 2016. Earlier, he spent 20 years working in a variety of management and technical roles at Teradyne, Inc.
