Mr. Mukul Deoras has been the Chairman of the company since September 2018. Prior to this, he served as the President of Asia Division at Colgate-Palmolive from February 2012 to September 2015. Previously, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Colgate-Palmolive. Earlier, he served as the Managing Director for the company from 2010 to 2012. Mr. Deoras served for the company’s Thailand subsidiary and Global Personal Care marketing function. He also served various positions in the marketing and sales division for Hindustan Unilever Ltd from 1984 to 2004. Presently, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts Inc.

Ms. Prabha Narasimhan has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company since September 2022. Previously, she served as the Director for Home Care category of Hindustan Unilever (HUL). She has over 25 years of experience in Customer Development, Consumer Marketing and Innovation across geographies and multiple categories, including Home Care, Foods, Personal and Skin Care.

Mr. M.S. Jacob has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since October 2016. Previously, he served as the Finance Director at Colgate-Palmolive Malaysia Group. Prior to this, he served at various positions in Finance roles for Colgate-Palmolive’s subsidiaries in Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong.
