Mr. Jay Hennick has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2015. He was the Founder, Chairman, and individual shareholder of FirstService. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at FirstService from 1988 to 2015. Mr. Hennick also serves as the Chairman of Hennick & Company. Earlier, he was the Chairman at the Sinai Health System and Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto.

Mr. Christian Mayer has been the Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Real Estate and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance at Old FSV. He also worked at Grant Thornton and PwC in Toronto.

Mr. Robert D. Hemming has been a Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2008. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at the company. Mr. Hemming was the Corporate Controller of Western Canada at Bell Canada.

Mr. Stuart McDonald serves as the Chief Information Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology and Information Officer at Westjet and held senior roles at TD Bank, CSL, and Cathay Pacific.

Ms. Rebecca Finley has been the Chief Brand and People Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Chief of Staff and Head of Technology, Telecommunications and Media at Facebook Canada. Ms. Finley also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Maple Leaf Foods, and Management Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, and worked as the Investment Banker at TD Securities.
