Mr. Michael Wilens has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the President of both Fidelity’s Asset Management division and Fidelity’s Enterprise Technology and Operations division. Previously, he employed as the Chief Executive Officer of Thomson Reuters North American Legal division and Chief Technology Officer of Thomson Reuters. Mr. Wilens served as the Chief Executive Officer of Legion.

Ms. Keri Gilder has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as Chief Commercial Officer of the company. Previously, she held several leadership positions at Ciena, including Vice President and General Manager EMEA. Earlier, she worked in multiple roles for Lucent Technologies, and worked for Hughes Aircraft as a Network Engineer.

Mr. Gary Carr has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Financial Controller of the company. Previously, he held several roles across BT Global Services, including Vice President, Finance Control. He also held various leadership roles at Siemens, including Finance Director and Acting Managing Director.

Mr. Catherine Leaver has been Chief People Officer of the company since February 2022. Prior to this he served as a HR Director at Telefonica UK.

Mr. Avijit Singh is the Chief of Staff of the company. Previously, he served as a Management Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. He has also previously held various operational and engineering roles at General Electric. Mr. Singh joined the company in January 2019.
