Mr. Fok Tung Ling has been the Chairman of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as a Marketing Executive of China National Electronics Import-Export Corporation. Previously, Mr. Ling served as a Technical Engineer at Microwave Telecommunications from 1982 to 1987. He also serves as a Director at Prime Choice Investments Limited. Earlier, he was engaged in the trading of telecommunications and electronic equipment and components.

Mr. Chang Fei Fu has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2016. Currently, he serves in various positions in the subsidiaries of the company including Secretary, Chief Financial Officer, Acting Director, and Supervisor of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Director, Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, he served in various financial institutions and corporates in Hong Kong, China and Japan, including the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Rockhampton Management, and Barclays Capital.

Ms. Yeka has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Director of the company. Currently, she also serves as a Director of the company’s subsidiary. She has over 30 years of experience product management, business development and network planning in telecommunication and wireless industry.

Mr. Sun Shan Qiu has been the Chief Architect of the Antenna business unit, General Manager of Antenna and Subsystem business unit, and Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Antenna System Industry Alliance of China. He has over 20 years of experience in areas of mobile communications antenna, research and development, market, manufacturing, and operations management. Previously, he served as vice president of the Antenna System Industry Alliance of China. Earlier, he also served as technical expert in the expert database of China Institute of Communications.
