Comet Holding AG: Executives

Mr. Benjamin Loh has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer for ASM International, and Non-Executive Director of ASMPT. Mr. Loh also served as the senior vice president at Oerlikon Corporations and Veeco Instruments.

Mr. Stephan Haferl has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Industrial X-Ray Systems of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Supply Chain, Vice President of R&D, and General Manager of Industrial X-Ray Technologies. Mr. Haferl served as the President of X-Ray Modules division at X-Ray Technologies, Flamatt. He also served at the Bartec Group, Sainte-Croix.

Mr. Christian Witt has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of independent industrial and technology companies.

Mr. Andre Grede has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since March 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Global R&D at Comet Plasma Control Technologies, Flamatt from 2015 to 2023. From 2011 to 2015, Mr. Grede served as the Head of RF new development at Trumpf Huttinger.

Ms. Meike Boekelmann has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, she served at Sulzer and Baker Hughes.
