Mr. Sheikh Ahmad Duaij Jaber Al-Sabah has been the Chairman of the bank since 2018. He also serves as the Chairman of Kuwait Banking Association. Previously, he served as the Vice-Chairman of Kuwait Banking Association, Chairman of Al-Tijari Financial Brokerage Company, Investment Manager of Tijari Investment Company, and Investment Manager of Securities Group.

Mr. Abdulrahman Abdullah Al Ali has been the Vice Chairman of the bank since 2020. Previously, he served as the Director of United Holding Company from 1998 to 2006. He also served as the Director of United Steel Industrial Company and Industrial Bank of Kuwait. Prior, to this, he served as the Senior Deputy Chairman for Gulf Investment Corporation from 1985 to 2002.

Ms. Elham Yousry Mahfouz has been the Chief Executive Officer of the bank since November 2014. She joined CBK in 2000 as a Manager of International Banking and held various senior management positions, including General Manager of the New York Branch, Acting General Manager of International Banking, General Manager of International Banking in December 2010, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer in April 2012. Prior to this, she worked with various Kuwaiti financial institutions for approximately 30 years in banking financial areas.

Mr. Tan Tat Thong has been the Chief Risk Officer of Risk Management Division of the bank since 2021. Previously, he served as an Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Manager of Strategy and Planning, and General Manager of International Banking & Syndication from 2012 to 2016.

Mr. Masud Ul Hassan Khalid Chaudhry Mohammad Amin is the Chief Financial Officer - Financial Planning and Control of the bank. He joined CBK in 1992. He holds more than 22 years of experience in the banking industry. He is also a Member in Asset & Liability Management Committee.
