Ms. Neveen Sabbour has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Previously, she served as the Head of Business Strategies and Finance Group at Arab African International Bank from 2012 to 2022. She also held the position of Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer at Panther Associates. Ms. Sabbour chaired AAIB Holding Company and was a Director at Arab African Investment Management Company.

Mr. Hisham Ezz Al-Arab has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director of the bank since November 2024. Prior to this, he served as an advisor to the Governor of the Central Bank of Egypt for three months. Previously, he worked as the Chairman and Managing Director of Commercial International Bank - Egypt (CIB) from 2002 to 2020. Earlier, he also worked as a banker at Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank in London and the Middle East.

Mr. Amr El-Ganainy has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of CIB’s Institutional Banking from 2017 to 2023. Earlier, he served as the Treasurer and Head of Correspondent Banking with United Bank of Egypt; Chief Dealer at Export Development Bank and as a Senior Dealer at Suez Canal Bank.

Mr. Islam Zekry serves as the Chief Finance & Operation Officer and Director of the bank. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Data Office within the company. He also serves as a Member-Chartered Institute of Managerial Accountants, the UK; Member-FITCH Quantitative Finance Institute in London, the UK; and as a Non-Executive-Director at NLB Banking Group in Central Europe.
