Mr. Robert S. Wetherbee has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of ATI Inc. Previously, Mr. Wetherbee served as the Chief Executive Officer of ATI from June 2023 to June 2024 and the President and Chief Executive Officer of ATI from 2019 to June 2023. He was an Executive Vice President of ATI's Flat Rolled Products Group from 2015 until 2018, and was the President of ATI Flat Rolled Products from 2014 until 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Wetherbee served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Minerals Technologies, Inc. He also worked at Mineral Technologies, Inc. and Alcoa Inc.

Mr. Peter R. Matt has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Constellium SE and Managing Partner of Tumpline Capital, LLC from 2015 to 2016.

Mr. Paul J. Lawrence has been the Chief Finance Officer, and Senior Vice President of the company from 2021. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Finance at the company. Prior to this, he served as a Leader for North American Information Technology of Gerdau Long Steel North America from 2014 to 2016. He also served as a Leader of Gerdau Template Deployment at Gerdau Long Steel North America from 2010 to 2014. Prior to this, he held various role including the Assistant Vice President and Corporate Controller, and Deputy Corporate Controller for Gerdau Ameristeel Corp from 2003 to 2010. Mr. Paul held several financial positions at Co-Steel Inc.

Mr. Kekin Ghelani has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer of Summit Materials, Inc. from May 2022 to August 2024. He served as Vice President of Strategy, Growth and Ventures of the Water & Protection business unit of DuPont de Nemours, Inc. from 2019 to 2022. He worked at Celanese Corporation from 2013 to 2019. Mr. Ghelani also held senior positions at McKesson Corporation and Honeywell International.

Ms. Jody Absher has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and a Secretary of the company since 2022. Previously, she held various position such as Senior Counsel, General Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary. Prior to this, Ms. Absher served as an Attorney at Haynes and Boone.
