Mr. Eric E. Stickels has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as a Director Oneida Financial and Oneida Savings Bank. Prior to this, served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Oneida Savings Bank. He also served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Oneida Savings Bank, and Executive Vice President, Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Oneida Financial Corporation.

Mr. Dimitar A. Karaivanov has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company from October 2022 to 2023. Mr. Karaivanov served as the Executive Vice President of Financial Services and Corporate Development in the company. Previously, he served as the Managing Director at Lazard’s Financial Institutions Group.

Ms. Marya Burgio Wlos has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2025. Previously, she served as the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Investment Bank at M&T Bank. Prior to this, she held the position of Head of Management Accounting, Finance at M&T Bank, and served as the Head of Trading Relationship Management at UBS Asset Management. Ms. Wlos also held various finance roles at Citadel LLC and at Bank of America.

Mr. Daniel L. Bailey has been the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice President of CFSI since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as a consultant to financial organizations. Previously, he worked as the Assistant Deputy Comptroller for Community Bank Supervision at New York Field Office. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Commercial Credit Policy in Washington, D.C. Earlier, he worked as the Vice President for Portfolio Management for KeyCorp Leasing.

Mr. Joseph E. Sutaris has been an Executive Vice President of the company since 2018 and is its Head of Investor Relations since March 2025. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the company’s Senior Vice President for Finance and Accounting from 2017 to 2018. Previously, he worked as the Director of Municipal Banking from 2016 to 2017 and Senior Vice President of the central region of the company from 2011 to 2016. Mr. Sutaris joined the company in 2011 as part of the acquisition of Wilber National Bank, where he served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Wilber National Bank.
