Mr. Johann Rupert has been the Chairman of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2003 to 2004 and from 2010 to 2013. Currently, he serves as the non-executive Chairman of Remgro Limited and as the Chairman of Reinet Investments Manager SA. He founded Rand Merchant Bank in 1979.

Mr. Jerome Lambert has been a Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2017 to 2018. Earlier, he served as the Head of Operations for central and regional services of the company from April 2017 to November 2017. He also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive of A. Lange & Sohne. Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Montblanc. Mr. Lambert served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2002 to 2013; Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Jaeger LeCoultre.

Mr. Burkhart Grund has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Group Deputy Finance Director and member of the company’s management committee from 2016 to 2017. Earlier, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Montblanc France; and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company’s subsidiary Van Cleef & Arpels. Mr. Grund held various financial roles including Chief Financial Officer at Wella AG.

Ms. Patricia Gandji has been the Chief People Officer and Chief Executive Officer for Regions of the company since November 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Managing Director of Europe, Middle East & Africa. Ms. Gandji started her career in the fashion industry in Italy and Germany and held various operational and strategic positions.

Ms. Berangere Ruchat has been Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Sustainability Officer at Firmenich Group. Previously, she worked as the Director of Partnerships at Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN).
