Mr. Laurent Burelle has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer from 2001-2019. He also serves as the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer at Burelle SA. Mr. Burelle served as the Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1988. He worked as the Director of the Environment Division from 1981-1988. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Plastic Omnium SA in Valencia (Spain) from 1977. Prior to that, Mr. Burelle worked as a Production Engineer and an Assistant to the Director of the Langres plant at the Plastic Omnium Group.

Mr. Laurent Favre has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. He is also the Chairman of Plastic Omnium Auto Inergy SAS and Plastic Omnium Modules SAS since June 2020. Mr. Favre also has been the Manager of Plastic Omnium Finance SNC and Plastic Omnium GmbH since January 2020; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Plastic Omnium Auto Exteriors SA since 2020. In addition, he serves as the Director of Plastic Omnium New Energies SA since January 2020; Chairman of Plastic Omnium Holding (Shanghai) Co. Ltd since July 2020. Mr. Favre also served as a Director of Plastic Omnium New Energies SA and Plastic Omnium Inc; Director of Plastic Omnium Inc (United States) and Yanfeng Plastic Omnium Automotive Exterior Systems Co. Ltd (China). For more than 20 years he has held various positions of responsibility with German automotive equipment manufacturers such as ThyssenKrupp, ZF, and Benteler, where he was Chief Executive Officer of the Automotive Division.

Mr. Olivier Dabi has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as Group Finance Control Director at Plastic Omnium. He served as Vice-President of Finance and Information Systems of the Intelligent Exterior Systems division. He also worked at PWC from 1995 to 2006.

Mr. Rodolphe Lapillonne is the Chief Purchasing Performance Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of PO Environment. Mr. Lapillonne also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Auto Exterior. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President of Speciality Packaging Division at Crown Cork & Seal. Earlier, Mr. Lapillonne served as the Financial Director of Carnaudmetalbox Plc. He also served as the Financial Controller at Valeo.
