Mr. Marcel Martins Malczewski has been the Chairman of the company since April 2019. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Ubook from 2017 to 2021; and Director of Veltec from 2012 to 2018. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2001 to 2009, Chairman from 2010 to 2011 and Director from 2012 to 2015 at Bematech S.A. Currently, Mr. Malczewski serves as a Director of AMcom, InfoPrice and Velsis; and partner at M3 Investimentos Ltda. and Trivella M3 Investimentos S.A.

Mr. Daniel Pimentel Slaviero has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Copel Telecomunicacoes S.A. from 2019 to 2021; Chief Executive Officer and Chief Business Officer of Sistema Brasileiro de Televisao from 2017 to 2018; Institutional Director at Grupo Silvio Santo and General Director at Sistema Brasileiro de Televisao from 2010 to 2017; Chairman of Brazilian Association of Radio and Television Broadcasters from 2006 to 2016; Executive Officer of Grupo Paulo Pimentel from 2001 to 2010; and Programming and Production Manager at Grupo Paulo Pimentel from 2000 to 2001. Currently, Mr. Slaviero also serves as the Chairman of Copel Geracao e Transmissao SA, Copel Distribuicao SA, Copel Comercializacao SA, and Copel Servicos SA.

Mr. Cassio Santana da Silva has been the Chief Business Development Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he held various positions in multinational companies, such as Business Unit Manager at Telefonica Brasil SA from 2014 to 2019; Senior Brand and Trade Manager at Kimberly Clark from 2011 to 2013; Marketing and Trade Marketing Manager at Danone Northeastern Business Unit from 2009 to 2011, and National Trade Marketing Manager at Danone from 2008 to 2009; Trade Marketing Manager at Philip Morris from 2007 to 2008; and Regional Sales Manager at Ambev in the Dominican Republic from 2006 to 2007, and its Trade Marketing Manager from 2002 to 2006.

Mr. Vicente Loiacono Neto has been the Chief Governance, Risk and Compliance Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as an Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer from 2017 to 2018, Regulatory Area Manager at Copel Distribuicao SA from 2016 to 2017, Advisor to the Chief Corporate Management Officer of the company from 2013 to 2016; Director of Fundacao Copel de Previdencia e Assistencia Social; and Advisor to the Chief Legal Officer of the company. Previously, Mr. Loiacono served as a Lawyer at Punho Construtora e Serviços Ltda from 2008 to 2010; Advisor to the Appeal Panel of Tribunal de Justiça do Parana from 2007 to 2008; and Legal Assistant at Instituto Curitiba de Informatica from 2005 to 2006.

Mr. Eduardo Vieira de Souza Barbosa has been the Chief Legal and Institutional Relations Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Legal Officer of the Conselho de Jovens Empresarios at the State of Parana Trade Association from 2011 to 2016; Member of the Political Council of the State of Parana Trade Association from 2013 to 2016; Strategic Consultant of Companhia Paranaense de Saneamento do Parana; Assistant to the CLO for CS Bioenergia SA; Chief Prosecutor of the Commercial Registry of the State of Parana from 2011 to 2015; and Legal adviser and referee to legal and individual entities related to Public Administration. Currently, Mr. Barbosa also serves as the CLIRO of Copel Geracao e Transmissao SA, Copel Distribuicao SA, Copel Comercializacao SA and Copel Renovaveis SA.
