Mr. Benjamin Steinbruch has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2002. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of the Federation of Industries at the state of Sao Paulo (Federacao das Industrias do Estado de Sao Paulo), Member of FIESP’s Superior Strategic Board, Advisor to the Robert Simonsen Institute, Chairman at Nacional Minerios SA (merged into CSN Mineracao in 2015), Transnordestina Logistica SA, and Ferrovia Transnordestina Logistica SA. Mr. Steinbruch serves as the Chairman of CSN Mineracao SA, CSN Cimentos SA, and Deliberative Council of Fundaçao CSN. He is the Chairman of Textilia SA, Fibra Cia. Real Estate Credit Securitizer, Banco Fibra SA, Elizabeth SA – Industria Textil e Vicunha Steel SA, and the Vice Chairman of Vicunha Aços SA, Director of Vicunha Participacoes SA, Rio Purus Participacoes S.A. and Rio Iaco Participacoes SA.

Mr. RogErio Bautista da Nova Moreira has been the Chief Legal Officer and an Executive Officer of the company since 2024. He served as the Chief Legal and Governance Officer at Odebrecht Engenharia e Construçao SA from 2022 to 2024; Novonor SA, from 2019 to 2022; and OR Empreendimentos Imobiliarios SA from 2016 to 2019. He served as the Chief Legal Officer at Odebrecht Energia SA, from 2012 to 2016. Mr. Moreira was a Director at OEC SA, Odebrecht Transport SA, Ocyan SA, OR Emp. and Participacoes SA, Braskem SA, Lagoa da Barra SA, Odebrecht Comercializadora de Energia SA, and Santo Antonio Energia SA.

Mr. David Moise Salama has been an Executive Officer of Real Estate, Insurance and Credit Areas at the company since 2011. He served as the Investor Relations Officer of the company. He joined the company in 2006.

Mr. Antonio Marco Campos Rabello has been the Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer at Unipar from 2022 to 2024. Mr. Rabello served as the Chief Financial Officer at Novonor from 2018 to 2022, Odebrecht engineering and construction from 2013 to 2018; Novonor Energia from 2011 to 2013; and Ocyan between 2008 and 2011. Mr. Rabello worked at Braskem as Manager and Controllership Officer.

Mr. Luis Fernando Barbosa Martinez has been an Executive Officer of Commercial and Logistics Areas of the Steel, Cement and Special Sales segment at the company since 2011. Previously, he served as the Sales Officer at the company. He joined the company in 2002.
