Mr. Benjamin Steinbruch has been the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2002. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of the Federation of Industries at the state of Sao Paulo (Federacao das Industrias do Estado de Sao Paulo), Member of FIESP’s Superior Strategic Board, Advisor to the Robert Simonsen Institute, Chairman at Nacional Minerios SA (merged into CSN Mineracao in 2015), TLSA, and FTL.

Mr. Marcelo Cunha Ribeiro has been the Chief Investor Relations Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Officer of the company. Prior to joining the company, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer at St. Marche Group; the Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at Restoque Comercio e Confeccoes de Roupas SA; and the Chief Financial Officer at Grupo SBF (GP Investimentos Ltd).

Mr. David Moise Salama serves as an Executive Office at the company. He is in charge of the real estate, insurance and credit areas. Prior to this, he acted as Investor Relations Officer.

Mr. Stephan Heinz Josef Weber has been an Executive Officer of the company since 2021. He is responsible for investments. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Scorpius Gold Brasil SA, 3 Scorpius Gold Mineracao SA, and Brasil Calcarium SA, from 2018 to 2021. Earlier, he worked at African Minerals, Anglo American, and Rio Tinto.

Mr. Alexandre de Campos Lyra has been an Executive Officer of the company since March 2023. He is responsible for the production area of the company’s steel segment. Prior to this, he held various position at Vallourec Solucoes Tubulares Brasil SA, including the President from 2009 to 2022, Vice President from 2014 to 2022, Director of Operations, General Manager of Marketing and Sales of Industrial Tubes and Marketing Superintendent. Mr. Lyra was the President of IABr from 2016 to 2018.
