Mr.Glenn P. Tobin has been the chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, Senior Vice President at The Advisory Board Company. Previously, Chief operating officer of the CodeRyte, Inc.

Mr. Christopher L. Fowler has been the Chief Executive Officer and President for TruBridge of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President Business Management Services CPSI.Previously, he served as the Assistant Director and the Director of Business Management Services.

Mr. Vinay Bassi has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer for the Audience Measurement division at Nielsen Holdings plc and Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Avaya Inc.

Ms. Amaris McComas has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this role, she served as Head of Talent, Strategy and Transformation for Equitable. Previously, she served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner for TIAA. Ms. McComas previously held senior human resource management and talent acquisition positions with Premier Inc., HSBC and Robert Half International. She currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Veterans Bridge Home in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Ms. Dawn Severance has been the Chief Sales Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of TruBridge, a subsidiary of the company. She has an experience of 25 years and started off as a Director of Finance at Community Healthcare System.
