Mr. Michael Bondi has been Chief Financial Officer of the company since October 2018. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President, Controller at Comtech since January 2004. Previously, he served as Assistant Controller at EDO Corp. He also worked as Senior Manager at KPMG from September 1993 to September 2002.

Ms. Maria Hedden has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since March 2022. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President of Operational Transformation for Leidos. Earlier, he served for over 20 years at executive P&L management roles in BAE Systems and L3Harris.

Ms. Jennie Reilly has been the Chief People Officer of the company since December 2021. Prior to this, she was the Director of Human Resources for Piping Rock Health Products LLC.

Mr. Robert Samuels has been the Chief Investment Officer of the company since 2022. He served as an Executive Director at UBS Global Wealth Management. Previously, he held leadership roles at Oppenheimer and JPMorgan.
