Comtech Telecommunications Corp: Executives

Mr. Mark Quinlan has been the Chairman of the company since March 2024. Previously, he co-founded White Hat Capital Partners. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director and Co-Head of the Global Technology Investment Banking Group at Stifel. Earlier, he served at Thomas Weisel Partners and Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Michael Bondi has been Chief Financial Officer of the company since October 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Controller at Comtech since January 2004. Previously, he served as Assistant Controller at EDO Corp. Earlier, he served as a Senior Manager at KPMG from September 1993 to September 2002.

Mr. Daniel Gizinski has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Product and Strategy at the company. Prior to this, he held program management and leadership roles at General Electric, Sierra Nevada Corporation, and L3Harris Technologies.

Mr. Anirban Chakraborty has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at the company since 2018. Previously, he served in leadership positions in Technology startups, Private Equity firms and publicly traded companies, including Tech Mahindra, UST Global, and Moonlight Capital.

Mr. Donald Walther has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Secretary at Robotic Research. Previously, he served as General Counsel at API Technologies Corp., TopBuildCorp., and Esterline Corporation. Earlier, he held executive positions at The Heico Companies LLC, ITT Corporation, and The Boeing Company.
