Mr. Sean M. Connolly has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of The Hillshire Brands Company from 2012 to 2014. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President at Sara Lee and the Chief Executive Officer at Sara Lee North American Retail and Foodservice from January 2012 to June 2012. He was the President at Campbell North America, a division of Campbell Soup Company from 2010 to 2011; President of, Campbell USA from 2008 to 2010; and President of, North American Foodservice at Campbell from 2007 to 2008. Mr. Connolly held various marketing and brand management roles at The Procter & Gamble Company.

Mr. David S. Marberger has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc from 2015 to 2016. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Godiva Chocolatier, Inc. from 2008 to 2015. Prior to joining Godiva, Mr. Marberger served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President from 2006 to 2008, and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2003 to 2006 at Tasty Baking Company. Earlier, he worked as the of Vice President, Finance, Food and Beverage division at Campbell Soup Company from 1993 to 2003. Mr. Marberger started his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Ms. Tracy Schaefer has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since August 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Global Business Services. She joined the company in 2001 and held various leadership positions in finance, information technology and business services.

Mr. Jon Harris is the Chief Communications Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Communications Officer and Senior Vice President at Hillshire Brands. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Global Communications of Sara Lee Corporation. Mr. Harris also held various leadership positions at Bally Total Fitness Corporation, PepsiCo, Ketchum Public Relations and Medicus Public Relations. He joined the company in 2015.

Mr. Thomas M. McGough has been the Co-Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the President of Operating Segments from 2017 to 2018, and President of Consumer Foods from 2013 to 2017 of the company. Previously, he served as the President of Grocery Products from 2011 to 2013 and Vice President of Consumer Foods organization from 2007 to 2011 at the company. Mr. McGough started his career at H.J. Heinz in 1990.
